Centro Victoria's mission is to care for and offer God's love to children living in extreme situations of abandonment, providing them with food, clothing, shelter, education, medical attention and discipline. The center's approach is built around a four-step program: Street Ministry, Patio, Transition Housing, and the Children’s Home.
