Opportunities to serve in Children At Risk ministries
- Tutor
Lima, Peru
Located in Lima, the individual will be responsible for daily activities with the children. These include: Biblical studies, teaching, meals, sports, crafts, and participating in children’s outreach ministry. - Counseling
Medellin, Colombia
Located in Medellín, the individual will be a social worker for a community program. Responsible for providing counseling and support to families of children in the ministry. The individual will also teach and train volunteers. - Recreational and Cultural Activities Coordinator
San Jose, Costa Rica
Initiate programs and recreational activities for the pre-school children and students from the children's centers. - School Nurse
Cartagena, Colombia
To staff the infirmary and tend to normal school and youth illnesses and injuries. More severe cases are referred to local clinics or hospitals. Provide health counseling and classes for the students. Disciple youth and participate in other Christian development activities - Youth Worker
Cartagena, Colombia
Work with youth in both organized activities and one on one. Provide discipling and counseling. Help in the Christian development of the students and the spiritual life of the school. - Urban Ministries Coordinator
Caracas, Venezuela
To coordinate the ministry of stree contacts and liason with detention centers. To conduct Bible Studies and discipleship groups.
