Christian Camping
Few strategies haves a better reputation for informal education as camp. Camp is a mature person sharing play experiences with a youngster: fishing, singing, tenting, swimming, climbing, canoeing; and by a gained friendship influencing that life.
Camp is 24 hours of opportunities each day in which the older person in the Christian faith provides guidance for the younger in the faith to analyze problems and come to decisions about them (edification); or leads a younger non-believer to faith in Christ (evangelism).
Latin America Mission is committed to working with and through local church leadership to develop camping related ministries. If you have experience in this area (or interest in learning more), we would love to help you find the right ministry fit— connecting your gifts and calling with the needs of the Latin Church.
