Spanish Language Institute
Located in: San José, Costa Rica
The Spanish Language Institute is dedicated to equipping missionaries, pastors and college students in the Spanish language. It offers a yearlong Regular Course, as well as Intensive Courses varying between one and two months in length for those without as much time to commit to schooling.
The institute offers its students a series of services, including spiritual support, counseling, help with housing and immigration issues, etc. It also oversees a school where children of students can continue their academic studies and receive emotional and spiritual support from a caring staff as they transition to a new culture.
The Spanish Language Institute has been serving missionaries for 70 years, with more than 15,000 alumni that have gone out across the entire Spanish-speaking world.
