Billy Greenman

Billy is serving in Peru in partnership with a ministry called Scripture Union.
Scripture Union is a Christian organization that works alongside local churches to minister to children, youth, and families. SU Peru currently has five focus ministries: a Bible use program, live-in homes for abandoned children, evangelism through campsites and work in the local schools, a medical ministry in the Amazon, and a school for the deaf.
Billy first became involved with Scripture Union through a short-term trip with his home church in Northville, Michigan in 2001. After years of continuing to participate as a volunteer in the ministry, he has now accepted the calling to work with SU Peru full time.
He grew up in Livonia, Michigan, and he is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with degrees in Intercultural Studies and International Community Development.
