Esdras works in the CCI/Brazil's National Office as the Executive Director. His major challenges are to manage and develop the organization, and make its ministry known in all Brazil. He says, "Christian camp in Brazil is still in its early decades, and there is a general immature concept of its potencial ministry for the local church. CCI/Brazil was born to bridge this gap between the already established Christian camps and the Brazilian Church, preparing resources and providing training to camp leaders."
They ask that you pray for: more financial supporters to become a part ot their team, for wisdom for CCI/Brazil's Board of Directors in making the right decisions, for their family's togetherness, and for wisdom in leading Christian camping leaders to "employ God's trusted talents" to advance His Kingdom in Brazil."
