Eugenio and Cire minister through HLM (Hispanic Literature Ministries) from Miami, Florida to the whole Spanish Language World. They have four children and six grandchildren, all of them serving the Lord in Costa Rica and Miami.
Eugenio founded HLM in 1994 and the Latin American Christian Writers Association (ALEC, 1999) with the goal of raising up a generation of Spanish Christian writers, through seminars, workshops and internet follow-up. They also produce Bible messages on compact discs, evangelistic tracts and a magazine to encourage writers. In 2002 they founded the School of Writers at EXPOLIT (Miami Christian Books and Music International Fair).
