Application
Complete our online application, which includes three reference contacts and a resume. Submit the $50 application fee. Upon receipt, we send you three statements (Personal Conduct Pledge, Statement of Faith, Financial Commitment) for you to sign and return.
Forms and Police Clearance
Return the Health form to Personnel and obtain and submit a Police Clearance.
Review and Phone Interview
Once complete, your application will be reviewed by our team and we will do a brief phone interview. If you're applying for a Tailored Internship, the Mobilization Team will work with you to confirm the placement you're applying for.
Acceptance and preparation
You will be notified of your acceptance by phone or email. Once accepted, you will be given further details of your ministry placement, as well as guidance on support raising and how to prepare for your mission assignment.
Training and Orientation
Participants in Spearhead fly directly to Mexico City and receive orientation and training upon arrival. Tailored Internship participants spend two days in Miami en route to their ministry assignment, learning about Latin culture and the Church, language, and practical guidance for a successful internship.
